Atlas Development of Buford has submitted a proposal for rezoning the corner of Union Church and Union Circle (former alpaca farm) to accommodate a high-density development not in character with the surrounding community. The proposed development does not meet minimum standards of Hall County development. The proposal will either be approved or denied by the Hall County Commission on Tuesday, November 30th, 5:30pm at the Gainesville Civic Center.

  • Less than minimum standards for Hall County PRD development.

  • Traffic from new middle school entrance on Union Circle and new developments on Union Church not accounted for.
